Generally Available: N-Focus Plus for CMS

  • Web-Based Reporting for CMS Environments
NetLert Communications, Inc., announces the general availability of N-Focus Plus for the CMS environment. Technically similar to N-Focus 3.6 from its architecture to the underlying technology, N-Focus Plus utilizes the same easy-to-use, web-based reporting features and functionality of N-Focus 3.6. Unlimited supervisor views, automatic report generation and distribution, drill–down functionality, multiple PBX support, historical detailed reports, agent self-monitoring—all of these features and more are now available for CMS data. N-Focus Plus adds value to the robust CMS data collection engine by allowing non-technical managers, supervisors, and team leads to view CMS reports in simplified formats. Further, reports can still be sent as email, PDF, or Excel files, just as with N-Focus 3.6.

The developmental basis for N-Focus Plus was providing users with easy-to-use reporting features for comprehensive CMS data. As a result, users will notice little difference in the administration of N-Focus Plus compared to N-Focus 3.6. Lead Engineer for NetLert, Gilles Levreau, states, “N-Focus Plus is conceptually identical to N-Focus 3.6, but the software now has the capability to transform robust CMS data into more manageable and user-friendly information.” Retaining a proven layout and drill-down functionality allows both new and established users of the N-Focus software to quickly deploy N-Focus Plus in CMS environments.
