NetLert Communications Announces N-Focus Version 3.6 General Availability

N-Focus Version 3.6 offers seamless integration of multiple PBXs and locations while retaining ease of use.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., June 13, 2006, – NetLert Communications, Inc., a leading provider of Avaya Call Center Performance Analysis Solutions, announced today the general availability of its N-Focus Version 3.6 software. This latest release of NetLert's award winning product was developed to meet the demands of managers for multiple PBXs and locations.

"Multiple PBX Support has been asked for by our customers and we feel we have delivered exactly what they want and need," said Jeff Lovette, N-Focus Product Manager. "By having this powerful feature built into N-Focus, anyone with multiple PBXs will no longer have to worry about installing and supporting an N-Focus server at each location. This product simplifies responsibilities for call center supervisors as well as IT and Telecom managers."

"We have current and pending customers who are very excited about 3.6 with multiple PBX Support," said Gary Blair, CEO of NetLert Communications. "This new feature adds great value to the product and we look forward to satisfying our customers' requests."

N-Focus Version 3.6 utilizes existing N-Focus features and now offers Multiple PBX Support. Highlights include:

  • Multiple PBX and Location Capabilities - Using our centralized web based server, simplify reporting across multiple PBXs and locations.
  • Use and Maintain Fewer Servers - Reduce costs as there is no need for a separate server at each location. Multiple PBX Support technology allows centralization of a call center’s information for the enterprise.
  • Ease of Use - Managers can monitor multiple locations from one web based screen. Additionally, a simple point and click is all that is required to view reports from any PBX. The Permissions and Privileges function limits or extends viewing access based on call center needs, providing a simple means for handling monitoring responsibilities.
  • Simplified Integration - Expansion is no problem for N-Focus Version 3.6. Just a few clicks integrates an additional PBX to your centralized database and web based server. This can effectively reduce call center downtime during expansion, allowing companies to keep pace with their market.
