NetLert Communications Announces N-Focus Version 3.5 General Availability

New e-mail and scheduling features provide an easy way to distribute reports to the right people automatically

ASHEVILLE, N.C., August 08, 2005 – NetLert Communications, Inc., a leading provider of call center performance analysis solutions, today announced the general availability of its N-Focus Version 3.5 software. This latest release of NetLert's award winning product now provides scheduling of reports to be sent via e-mail and the ability to have them exported while all being done automatically for you.

"N-Focus 3.5 is really helping out our partners with all types of customers; small, medium, and outsourcing call centers. This provides a way for their customers to see daily reports of the call center without having to log in to the call center and run reports themselves, says Gary Blair, President and CEO of NetLert Communications." “The feedback from our customers along with our resellers has been just amazing. Highlights of N-Focus Release 3.5 include:

  • Export to PDF and Excel on the fly – Any historical analysis report can now be exported by a click of a button. This will provide the ability to save reports to the desktop without taking long exporting steps.
  • Emailing Reports on the Fly – Every historical report can now be emailed to one person or a group of people. There are options to send the report as a PDF or Excel file. The Email sends from the N-Focus server, so there is no requirement to have an email client to send the reports from.
  • Scheduled Reporting via Email - N-Focus Version 3.5 now allows you to instantly schedule reports to be sent by Email. The reports can be scheduled once, daily, weekly, or monthly. This feature allows you to go back in and make changes to your reports at any time depending on your user permissions.
  • Improved Administrator and User Interface – The administration section has had a complete make over to give the Administrator the ability to manage users and settings from one easy to use web page. The end user interface has been changed to a simple three click drill down process to the most detailed report.
